What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the coordination of Human Resources Planning Utilisation across the province.
  • Support the training of Human Resources Utilisation personnel at various station levels.
  • Facilitate and coordinate administrative processes related to Human Resources Utilisation.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant prescripts and guidelines applicable to the public service.
  • Demonstrate strong planning, organising, and administration skills to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Conduct reports and presentations to communicate findings and insights effectively.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by working closely with other departments and stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of four years’ experience in a relevant field.
  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is preferred.
  • Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • General computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
  • A valid driver’s license for light motor vehicles is an added advantage.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage extended hours effectively.
