What You’ll Do

  • Manage the implementation of human resource policies and procedures.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data and personnel records.
  • Oversee the processes for employee transfers, placements, and terminations.
  • Administer absenteeism management and grievance procedures.
  • Monitor compliance with Employment Equity targets and Performance Enhancement Processes.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the proper implementation of HR practices.
  • Provide support in the administration of medical services and staff development functions.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
  • A minimum of four years’ experience in human resource management or a related field.
  • An applicable three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF level 6 or higher) is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in English and one other official language.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
