What You’ll Do

- File and maintain documents for personnel within the Human Resource Utilization division.
- Provide support in labour relations-related functions to foster a collaborative workplace.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4 as recognized by SAQA).
- Competency in core functions relevant to the role.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle extended hours when necessary.
- Demonstrated professionalism, accountability, and credibility in all tasks.
