What You’ll Do
- Perform administrative duties related to employee leave and service terminations
- Assist in the recruitment process, including onboarding new staff
- Manage rank translations, promotions, and transfers for employees
- Support behavior management and career management initiatives
- Handle medical and injury board functions and any other HR-related tasks
What You’ll Need
- Proficiency in English and one other official South African language
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification (NQF level 4)
- Knowledge of relevant prescripts applicable to the Public Service
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- General computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to act independently and professionally
