What You’ll Do
- Perform administrative duties related to employee leave and service terminations
- Assist in recruitment processes and rank translations
- Manage promotions and transfers of staff members
- Facilitate behaviour and career management for employees
- Oversee applications for medical and injury boards
- Support various other human resource functions as required
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12/Senior Certificate/NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official language
- Competency in the core functions of the Human Resource Clerk position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- General computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and planning skills
- Ability to act independently and professionally, demonstrating accountability and credibility
