What You’ll Do
- Implement human resource administration policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertisements and interviews.
- Address and resolve human resource administration inquiries.
- Oversee performance management and conditions of service, such as leave and medical benefits.
- Facilitate the termination of service processes and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate is essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy.
- A Certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.

Requirements
A Grade 12 Certificate.Good verbal and written communication skills.
Computer literacy.
Certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
Job Duties
Implement Human Resource Administration Policies; recruitment and selection (advertisements, appointment, transfers, verification and qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions, probationary period e.g.
), implement conditions of service (leave housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR or etc.
), performance management, termination of service (indicate the steps).
Address human resource administration enquiries.
