What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-standard health education and support services to clients.
• Plan and implement health projects in collaboration with schools, facilities, and communities.

• Monitor and evaluate service delivery programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Support the Health Facility Manager in adapting departmental policies to meet community health needs.
• Utilize available resources efficiently to enhance health education and promotion services.
• Assist in outreach efforts within communities and informal settlements, addressing their specific health challenges.

What You’ll Need

• Minimum qualification: General Education and Training Certificate (GETC)/Grade 9 (Std 7).
• Relevant experience in community health or social services.
• Valid driver’s licence (Code B/EB) and willingness to travel within the Sub-district.
• Flexibility to assist at other clinics based on operational needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
