What You’ll Do

• Ensure compliance with the Public Finance Management Act and relevant public service regulations.
• Oversee the management of provincial government building infrastructure and transport systems.
• Develop and implement risk management strategies and internal audit services.
• Manage departmental financial, human, and physical resources in accordance with government policies.
• Collaborate with senior professionals and stakeholders to achieve strategic objectives.

What You’ll Need

• An appropriate postgraduate qualification (NQF level 8) recognized by SAQA.
• At least 10 years of experience in a senior management role.
• Preference for a qualification in the built environment.
• Strong strategic capability and leadership skills.
• Excellent people management and empowerment abilities.
• Proficiency in financial management and program management.
• Good understanding of change management and service delivery innovations.
• Strong interpersonal and networking skills with a focus on client orientation.
• Proven integrity and professionalism in managerial roles.
