What You’ll Do
- Provide secretariat support for governance committee meetings, including scheduling and administrative arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, information packs, and draft correspondence.
- Record, prepare, and circulate minutes of discussions and decisions made during meetings.
- Maintain formal committee records for auditing purposes.
- Support the development and monitoring of the GTAC governance framework and related operational policies.
- Coordinate approvals and maintain the GTAC Policies Register.
- Assist with the management of information for governance and performance.
- Provide administrative support for stakeholder engagements and donor-funded projects.
- Aid in the verification and quality assurance of performance information and statutory reporting processes.
What You’ll Need
- A relevant 3-year National Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in secretariat, governance, or office administration.
- Proven experience in coordinating administrative processes and managing records.
- Familiarity with governance and compliance frameworks will be an advantage.
- Experience in the public service or a related public sector environment is preferred.
