About the Opportunity:
Gert Sibande TVET College, in partnership with the Insurance Sector Education and Training Authority (INSETA), is proud to offer an 18-month Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programme. This initiative is designed for students who have completed N4 to N6 qualifications or hold a DHET Statement of Results in specific Business Studies programmes. Participants will be placed within insurance organizations, gaining hands-on experience and industry exposure.

Applications must be submitted by 01 June 2026 at 12:00.

Key Responsibilities:
Participants will gain practical workplace experience in the financial and insurance sector, enhancing their skills and employability.

Requirements/Qualifications:
– Aged between 18 and 35
– South African citizen
– Unemployed with no criminal record
– Proficient in English
– Willing to work in the insurance sector and funeral parlours
– Not currently studying or planning to study during the programme
– Not participating in any other learnership, internship, or training programme
– Registered or former student of Gert Sibande TVET College
– Possess N4 to N6 Certificates or a DHET Statement of Results in one of the qualifying fields
