What You’ll Do

  • Sweep, mop, and clean communal areas, including kitchens and restrooms
  • Set up coffee, tea, and drink stations for meetings and workshops
  • Assist in the arrangement of boardroom layouts and moving furniture
  • Provide refreshments and maintain cleanliness before and after gatherings
  • Help with office supply requests and cleaning material procurement

What You’ll Need

  • ABET level 4 (Grade 9) or NQF level 1-3
  • Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • A valid Code 8 driver’s license
  • Strong communication skills and an understanding of the Traditional Leadership Institution
  • A client-oriented approach and customer-focused mindset
