About the Opportunity
The Free State Department of Health invites South African TVET students to apply for its 2026 Work Integrated Learnership Programme. This 18-month programme offers valuable experience in fields such as Hospitality Management, Electrical Engineering, Financial Management, Human Resource Management, and Managerial Assistance. Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience at various hospitals and district offices across the Free State.

Key Responsibilities
Learners will engage in practical tasks related to their field of study, guided by mentors. Responsibilities will include completing a Learner Guide, Workbook, and Logbook. Additionally, participants will attend a funded Personal Mastery Course relevant to Work Integrated Learning.

Requirements/Qualifications
– South African citizenship
– Completed Grade 12
– N6 Certificate or academic record in the relevant field
– Must not have completed an 18-month TVET learnership previously
– Preference given to historically disadvantaged individuals

Skills and Competencies
Applicants should possess strong communication, computer, organizational, literacy, time-management, problem-solving, numeracy, and presentation skills.

Benefits
Participants will receive a stipend of R83,103 per annum.
