What You’ll Need
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills.
- Relevant experience in a large-scale kitchen, preferably in a hospital environment.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physical fitness to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet throughout the day.
- Knowledge of food production for normal and therapeutic diets, hygiene, and safety principles.
- Ability to interpret recipes and perform basic calculations related to food production.
