What You’ll Do

  • Clean and scrub the galley and dining hall areas to maintain hygiene standards
  • Clear tables and wash cutlery, pots, and other kitchen equipment
  • Assist with unloading and packing away food supplies
  • Set up and clear tables as needed during meal times
  • Help with basic food and beverage preparations
  • Support all other galley-related functions as directed by the Warrant Officer or Chief in Charge

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of an ABET qualification
  • Effective verbal communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of Health and Safety procedures
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is advantageous
  • Ability to apply hygiene measures
  • Familiarity with basic maintenance of kitchen machinery
