What You’ll Do

• Maintain an organized filing system for accounts and financial records.
• Manage final revenue correspondence, write-offs, and account payment categories.
• Monitor and ensure the collection of revenue from all patients.
• Safeguard state monies collected and ensure compliance with financial procedures.
• Supervise revenue operations, including billing and collections, ensuring efficiency.
• Conduct revenue inspections and identify potential financial risks.
• Compile and reconcile financial reports for submission to the Head Office.
• Follow up on patients’ accounts and medical aid schemes to ensure timely payments.

What You’ll Need

• STD 10 or Grade 12 Certificate.
• Appropriate Degree or National Diploma in Finance.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in finance management.
• Strong computer literacy and knowledge of filing systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of finance management and petty cash operations.
