What You’ll Do
- Market PES services to stakeholders to acquire new job opportunities.
- Conduct recruitment, selection, and placement of registered work seekers.
- Process applications for International Cross Border Labour Migration (ICBLM).
- Advise on the availability of skills and oversee the registration of Public Employment Agencies (PEA) and Temporary Employment Schemes (TES).
- Supervise the administration of employer services at the Labour Centre.
- Monitor and implement Employment Schemes and Labour Activation Programmes.
- Provide guidance and support to work seekers throughout the registration and referral process.
What You’ll Need
- A three-year qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology), Public Administration, Business Management, or Public Management.
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a client-oriented environment.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Knowledge of the Employment Service Act, Unemployment Insurance Act, Public Service Act, and Immigration Act.
- Strong skills in planning and organizing, communication, computer proficiency, analytical thinking, and report writing.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, leadership ability, and experience in negotiation and marketing.

Requirements
Three (3) year qualification in Social Science (Psychology, Industrial Psychology) / Public Administration / Business Management / Public Management.Experience: Two (2) years functional in a client orientated environment.
