What You’ll Do
- Transport staff and goods to various locations as required.
- Conduct routine vehicle maintenance and inspections to ensure safety.
- Complete logbooks accurately and report any vehicle defects in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all vehicles.
- Provide relief staff support within the component as needed.
- Adhere to departmental policies and procedures at all times.
What You’ll Need
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Experience in the transportation of passengers and goods, particularly in a health environment.
- Valid Public Driving Permit (PDP) and a code C1 (code 10) manual driver’s license.
- Willingness to work overtime and perform standby duties, including weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of the 2000 Transport Circular and road networks in the Peninsula.
- Strong accountability, responsibility, and the ability to work independently.
