What You’ll Do

  • Provide capacity building and support services for the National Rural Youth Service Corps (NARYSEC).
  • Facilitate and coordinate the implementation of youth programs and skills development initiatives.
  • Drive community development by establishing and supporting participatory projects.
  • Oversee the implementation of strategic land acquisition projects and support services in the district.
  • Promote rural business development and facilitate financing for rural enterprises.
  • Manage property administration and support communal land tenure reform programs.
  • Resolve land disputes and provide corporate and financial support services.
  • Deliver client relations and office services to enhance operational efficiency.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Public Management, Community Development).
  • At least 5 years of experience in middle/senior management within a relevant environment.
  • Proven experience in project management and implementation.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and a willingness to travel.
