What You’ll Do

• Provide capacity building and support services for NARYSEC.
• Facilitate community development and participatory programs.
• Implement youth programs and skills development initiatives at both provincial and district levels.
• Coordinate strategic land acquisition services and related projects.
• Monitor and support the development of cooperatives and rural enterprises.
• Administer property management services and facilitate land dispute resolutions.
• Render corporate and financial support services to meet community needs.

What You’ll Need

• A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a middle or senior managerial role.
• Proven project management skills and experience in implementation.
• A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for work.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
