About the Role
The Department of Rural Development and Land Reform is seeking a dedicated District Director based in Bethlehem, Free State. What You’ll Do
- Provide capacity building and support services for NARYSEC.
- Facilitate community development and participatory programs.
- Implement youth programs and skills development initiatives at both provincial and district levels.
- Coordinate strategic land acquisition services and related projects.
- Monitor and support the development of cooperatives and rural enterprises.
- Administer property management services and facilitate land dispute resolutions.
- Render corporate and financial support services to meet community needs.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate and a Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma in relevant fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in a middle or senior managerial role.
- Proven project management skills and experience in implementation.
- A valid driver’s license to facilitate travel for work.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
