Key Responsibilities
– Assist with the sale of Schedule 1 medicines
– Compound or prepare non-sterile medicines
– Unpack and merchandise stock
– Clean dispensary and OTC shelves
– Interpret prescriptions accurately
– Pick, pack, and label medication
– Ensure medication is checked by a pharmacist
– Assist with stock control and monitor expiry dates
– Provide health-related information and assist with scheme authorizations

Requirements/Qualifications
– Grade 12 with Pure Mathematics
– Physical Science or Life Science
– A minimum overall average of 50%
– Strong communication skills in English and a second language
– Time-management and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
