What You’ll Do
- Manage and coordinate the provincial implementation of the EPWP.
- Oversee municipal monitoring and evaluation processes to ensure project effectiveness.
- Provide technical support to all EPWP stakeholders and public bodies.
- Develop and implement policies related to the EPWP initiatives.
- Manage the resources and activities of the Directorate effectively.
What You’ll Need
- An NQF Level 7 qualification in Development Studies, Public Administration, Public Management, Community Development, or Built Environment.
- A minimum of 5 years of middle or senior management experience in the empowerment or development environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- A valid driver’s license and an applicable SMS Pre-entry (Nyukela) Certificate prior to appointment.
