What You’ll Do

• Manage freight data and develop information systems to enhance service delivery.
• Facilitate high-level engagements with public and private freight stakeholders.
• Ensure alignment of freight projects with the province’s development goals.
• Oversee financial and people management within the department.

What You’ll Need

• An undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Freight, Transport, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a middle/senior managerial role.
• Strong competencies in strategic capability, project management, and financial management.
• Proven ability in change management and people management.
