What You’ll Do

  • Manage and oversee the deployment of security resources effectively and efficiently.
  • Ensure the security of events hosted by the Judiciary and the OCJ.
  • Conduct security assessments and investigations, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Supervise the Sub Directorate and manage static and close security operations for the Judiciary.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance security protocols and practices.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year National Diploma in Security and Risk Management or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6.
  • At least five years of relevant experience, with a minimum of three years at an Assistant Manager or Junior Management level.
  • A valid driver’s license and a Grade A PSIRA certificate (to be submitted within three months of appointment).
  • Proficiency in security risk management and security design is advantageous.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and excellent report writing skills.
