What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the development of the Strategic Plan and Annual Performance Plan for the department.
- Coordinate the creation of the departmental Annual Operational Plan.
- Compile and analyze Quarterly Performance Reports to track progress and outcomes.
- Oversee the development of the Annual Report and other strategic reports necessary for departmental accountability.
- Prepare key documents such as the Handover Report and Mid-Term Assessment Report.
- Ensure adherence to planning, monitoring, and reporting legislation and frameworks.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-Year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field at NQF level 6/7 as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in strategic planning and reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- A valid driver’s license.
- Strong competencies in planning, organizing, problem-solving, project management, and communication.
