What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement prescripts on ICT Governance across government departments
  • Conduct research for the development of ICT prescripts
  • Provide implementation support and technical advice to departments
  • Draft audits or assessments of ICT governance systems
  • Monitor compliance and evaluate the impact of ICT governance initiatives
  • Contribute to capacity development programmes within relevant institutions
  • Prepare information and reports for the Ministry of Public Service and Administration, Cabinet, and Parliament

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate and a minimum qualification at NQF Level 7 in Information Communication Technology (ICT) recognized by SAQA
  • At least 8 years of experience in an ICT environment
  • In-depth knowledge of the Constitution of South Africa and government legislation
  • Familiarity with public service legislative and policy frameworks
  • Strong understanding of ICT management, governance, and Enterprise Architecture
  • Proven skills in problem-solving, planning, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
