What You’ll Do
- Manage the implementation of recruitment and selection policies within the Supported Employment Enterprises.
- Oversee the administration of service benefits for employees, ensuring they receive the support they need.
- Foster sound employee relations to maintain a harmonious workplace environment.
- Manage resources within the HR unit to ensure efficient operations and support for the department’s objectives.
- Contribute to strategic HR planning and development initiatives aligned with public service goals.
What You’ll Need
- A qualification at NQF 6 in Human Resource Management, Labour Relations, Public Management, or Public Administration.
- A valid driver’s license to facilitate various HR functions.
- A minimum of five years’ experience in a relevant field, including two years in middle management and functional experience in HR management or labour relations.
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes, human resource administration, and relevant labour legislation.
- Strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills, with proficiency in computer literacy and project management.
