About the Opportunity
The NARYSEC Programme is dedicated to empowering rural youth through skills development and community service. Aligned with the National Development Plan (Vision 2030), it aims to develop skilled youth, promote economic participation, and support youth-led initiatives. Participants will undergo a 9-week induction and Youth Leadership Development Programme, followed by hands-on training and community service.

– Possess a Grade 12 certificate or NQF Level 4.

– Be unemployed and not currently studying.
– Clean criminal record and medically fit (physical assessment required).
– Valid driver’s license (Code B for Traffic Officer applicants).
– Pass in English and Mathematics Literacy (minimum 40%).
– Willingness to undergo training away from home.
