What You’ll Do

  • Render administrative functions within the Detective Service at the station.
  • Capture data from dockets on SAPS Crime Administration Systems.
  • Create and type emails and documents for the Detective Section.
  • File and organize dockets efficiently to maintain accurate records.
  • Assist in ensuring the smooth operation of the administrative processes within the department.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or equivalent qualification.
  • Proficiency in at least English and one other official language.
  • Competence in general computer literacy, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
