About the Opportunity

The Cape Town International Convention Centre (CTICC) is seeking a motivated Human Capital Graduate to support its Human Resources team. This programme offers hands-on experience in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and training development, all within a vibrant and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

– Assist in recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies and coordinating interviews.
– Support new employee inductions by arranging access cards and uniforms.
– Facilitate training and development activities, maintaining records and scheduling sessions.
– Manage employee relations by maintaining disciplinary and grievance records.
– Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination and document preparation.

Requirements/Qualifications

– National Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent NQF Level 6 qualification.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
– Immediate availability is required.
