What You’ll Do

  • Perform all Warehouse Management duties to ensure efficient operations
  • Capture various documentation on the Supply Chain Systems (LOGIS) and manage filing of source documents
  • Conduct stock-taking and ad-hoc inspections to maintain inventory accuracy
  • Complete and submit monthly Inventory Reporting to uphold compliance standards
  • Respond to telephonic and written queries from suppliers and End Users
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the Supply Chain Management component to improve processes and service delivery

What You’ll Need

  • A Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics and/or Accounting as a passed subject
  • Relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, particularly in Procurement and warehousing on a computerized system
  • A valid B/EB driver’s license
  • Physical fitness with the ability to lift heavy items
  • Knowledge of the LOGIS System and Warehouse Management functions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Capability to work in a physically demanding environment
