What You’ll Do
- Acquire, receive, and issue assets to end-users as per established procedures
- Advertise quotations according to the Procurement Plan
- Prepare orders and conduct follow-ups to ensure timely delivery
- Manage asset disposal processes, movements, and verification
- Assist the System Controller with all LOGIS system-related tasks and inquiries
- Handle queries and provide effective support within the Supply Chain Management Department
What You’ll Need
- Minimum educational qualification: Senior Certificate (or equivalent) with Mathematics, Maths Literacy, and/or Accounting
- Relevant experience in LOGIS and the Electronic Procurement System
- Experience in Supply Chain Management and Asset Management
- Applied knowledge of the Accounting Officer System, SCM delegation, PFMA, PTI, and NTR
- Competence with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team while managing a high volume of work
