What You’ll Do

• Attend and participate in Parole Board hearings to support decision-making.
• Facilitate community reintegration efforts for offenders.
• Protect the interests of the community, offenders, and the state.
• Ensure the objective and fair application of the release policy.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as determined by the Parole Board.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding Parole Board meetings and decisions.

What You’ll Need

• A recognized degree or national diploma in Criminal Justice, Community Development, Social Science, Policing, or a Human Rights-related field.
• Five years of experience in community development work and/or Criminal Justice.
• Previous experience in a decision-making capacity is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on client orientation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• A commitment to integrity and confidentiality.
