Bushwise is seeking a Lodge Management Couple to oversee operations at a luxury coastal reserve in the Western Cape. This role centres around maintaining high standards of hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences amid stunning natural surroundings.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily lodge operations to ensure smooth functioning.
Deliver an excellent guest experience that reflects the luxury coastal reserve’s standards.
Coordinate and oversee staff performance and guest services.
Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the lodge’s facilities and environment.
Handle administrative tasks related to lodge management.

Requirements

Proven experience in lodge or hospitality management.
Ability to work effectively as a couple in a management capacity.
Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
Passion for nature and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
