What You’ll Do

  • Assist in managing the Burden of Disease through comprehensive health programs.
  • Plan and implement health promotion and prevention activities in both facility and community settings.
  • Establish connections with community structures and non-profit organizations to enhance health service delivery.
  • Collect data and submit detailed reports on health services and community health trends.
  • Provide Primary Health Care services to surrounding communities.
  • Support the management of human resources, finance, supply chain management, and health infrastructure.
  • Ensure proper equipment management and maintenance.

What You’ll Need

  • A Basic R425 qualification or equivalent that allows registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
  • A post-basic nursing qualification in Clinical Nursing Science: Health Assessment, Treatment, and Care.
  • Registration with the SANC as a Professional Nurse.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in nursing for Grade 1 and 14 years for Grade 2, with a significant portion in relevant specialties.
  • Valid driver’s license (Code B/EB) and willingness to travel, including driving a mobile clinic vehicle.
  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving capabilities, and basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
