What You’ll Do
- Receive and verify documents for registration of compensation claims
- Register claims on the operational system efficiently
- Assist employers at kiosks, through online systems, and at service centres
- Address queries and complaints related to compensation services
What You’ll Need
- Matriculation/Grade 12/Senior Certificate
- Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations
- Familiarity with Compensation Fund strategies and goals
- Understanding of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations
- Strong customer service skills based on Batho Pele Principles
- Proficiency in computer literacy, business writing, and telephone etiquette
