What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate the assessment of organizational performance against set objectives.
  • Provide valuable input during departmental planning sessions.
  • Schedule and conduct quarterly performance verification sessions with various programs.
  • Verify performance information and prepare reporting tools for performance evaluations.
  • Lead feedback sessions with programs to reflect on performance metrics for informed decision-making.
  • Assist in the development of frameworks and systems for monitoring departmental performance.
  • Compile and submit quarterly, mid-year, and annual performance reports based on verified data.
  • Manage audit requests related to performance information and coordinate responses to audit findings.
  • Conduct training sessions on performance auditing fundamentals and reporting management.
  • Present findings and recommendations to enhance the management of evidence portfolios.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, or strategic planning.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Knowledge of government-wide monitoring and evaluation systems and relevant legislation.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy and strong report writing skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as required.
