What You’ll Do

  • Lead the acquisition and disposal processes of immovable assets within the province.
  • Oversee the development of strategies that align with provincial asset management goals.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to immovable asset management.
  • Manage resources within the Chief Directorate to optimize performance and outcomes.
  • Facilitate provincial information sharing and coordinate property development initiatives.
  • Conduct valuations and assessments to enhance asset utilization and reporting.

What You’ll Need

  • A NQF Level 7 qualification in Immovable Asset Management, Built Environment, Commerce, or Business Administration.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a senior management level.
  • Proficiency in relevant word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • An appropriate SMS Pre-entry (Nyukela) Certificate, to be submitted prior to appointment.
