What You’ll Do
- Lead the acquisition and disposal processes of immovable assets within the province.
- Oversee the development of strategies that align with provincial asset management goals.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to immovable asset management.
- Manage resources within the Chief Directorate to optimize performance and outcomes.
- Facilitate provincial information sharing and coordinate property development initiatives.
- Conduct valuations and assessments to enhance asset utilization and reporting.
What You’ll Need
- A NQF Level 7 qualification in Immovable Asset Management, Built Environment, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience at a senior management level.
- Proficiency in relevant word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software.
- A valid driver’s license.
- An appropriate SMS Pre-entry (Nyukela) Certificate, to be submitted prior to appointment.
