What You’ll Do

  • Oversee the provision of legal services, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Manage the information communication and technology functions to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement security and facilities management strategies.
  • Ensure effective communication, marketing, stakeholder relations, and event management services.
  • Provide strategic direction for human resource management and development initiatives.
  • Manage resources within the Chief Directorate, including financial, human, and equipment assets.

What You’ll Need

  • Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level 7) in Public Management, Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, or a relevant qualification recognized by SAQA.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience at a senior managerial level within a corporate services environment.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of departmental policies, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and other relevant legislation.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and managerial skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
