What You’ll Do

  • Process and register diagrams, general plans, sectional titles, and survey records.
  • Reproduce and administer cadastral documents for registration copies.
  • Capture and correct cadastral data, ensuring accuracy in the database.
  • Provide cadastral information to both internal staff and external clients.
  • Scan newly approved cadastral documents and assist with document rescan requests.
  • Archive and file documents appropriately, ensuring easy retrieval.
  • Conduct random checks on the state of filing and the condition of documents.
  • Replace worn-out hanging strips and repair damaged documents as needed.

What You’ll Need

  • A Grade 12 Certificate is essential.
  • No prior experience is required for this position.
  • Good computer literacy and basic understanding of maps and cadastral documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal relations and organizational skills.
  • Above-average attention to detail to ensure accuracy in document handling.
