What You’ll Do
- Conduct oversight visits to various projects and initiatives
- Collect and manage data using monitoring and evaluation tools
- Gather source documents to provide evidence supporting data collected
- Enter and maintain data within the capturing system
- Perform quality control and assurance on completed M&E tools
- Handle document control within the directorate
- Provide access to source documents while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in the proper filing and archival of essential documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the Monitoring and Evaluation Team
- Offer logistical and administrative support to ensure smooth operations
What You’ll Need
- National Diploma (NQF 6, as recognized by SAQA) in Social Sciences, Developmental Studies, Population Studies, or Public Administration
- Experience in data collection and processing
- Proficiency in data analysis and information management
- High level of computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Understanding of the policing environment and monitoring and evaluation principles
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, project management, and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong problem analysis and decision-making capabilities
- Valid driver’s license
