What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain web applications using technologies such as Visual Studio.NET and ASP.
- Ensure database functionality and performance with Ms SQL and MySQL.
- Implement web security measures and maintain cross-browser compatibility.
- Collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly web interfaces with effective authoring practices.
- Provide technical support and guidance on web technologies and graphics applications.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
What You’ll Need
- National Senior Certificate and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology (with a specialization in Web Development).
- A minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in Systems Development, Application Development, or Software Development.
- Familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and web authoring practices.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Supervisory experience will be advantageous.
