What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and monitor contract administration to ensure compliance and performance standards are met.
  • Evaluate applications for contract variations, amendments, and price adjustments, and develop proposals for approval.
  • Undertake dispute resolution processes, ensuring all documentation is prepared for resolution.
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers in accordance with ethical standards to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor supplier performance against contract terms and service level agreements, ensuring quality and timeliness.
  • Prepare technical reports and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a three-year tertiary qualification (NQF Level 06) in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in supply chain management or contract management.
  • Knowledge of SCM processes, contract management, and public finance management.
  • Proficient in using LOGIS and BAS systems, as well as understanding procurement policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication, report writing, and numeracy skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and a willingness to adapt work schedules as needed.
