What You’ll Do

  • Implement and coordinate the Employee Health and Wellness programme to enhance employee well-being.
  • Provide advisory services and feedback on health-related cases to relevant clients.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies to raise awareness of EHW services and policies.
  • Organize wellness events and roadshows to promote health initiatives across districts.
  • Liaise with management and stakeholders regarding EHW matters and client concerns.
  • Monitor absenteeism reports and propose interventions to address trends.
  • Facilitate the procurement and management of EHW service providers.
  • Ensure compliance with EHW governance and develop relevant strategies and standards.
  • Provide financial administration support for the EHW programme, including budget monitoring and payment processing.
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of staff, promoting strong labour relations and policy adherence.

What You’ll Need

  • A National Senior Certificate or equivalent and a 3-year relevant post-school qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of employee health and wellness processes and compliance with relevant prescripts.
  • Strong numeracy and literacy skills, along with proficiency in computer applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Project management and leadership skills to guide teams and facilitate initiatives.
  • Problem-solving and analytical abilities to assess EHW themes and trends.
