What You’ll Do

  • Support the development and quality assurance of strategic planning documents.
  • Coordinate the collection and validation of performance information from NSF programs.
  • Compile draft quarterly, mid-year, and annual performance reports.
  • Maintain Technical Indicator Descriptions (TIDs) and manage the Performance Information Management Framework.
  • Assist with AGSA Audit processes and prepare necessary audit files and responses.
  • Identify under-performance trends and collaborate with management on corrective actions.
  • Contribute inputs to the NSF Annual Report and engage stakeholders on performance data.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of the Performance Information System.

What You’ll Need

  • An appropriate bachelor’s degree or national diploma in Strategic Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related fields.
  • A minimum of three years’ relevant experience in strategic planning or performance information management within the public sector.
  • Strong knowledge of the DPME Revised Framework, National Treasury Framework, and public service regulations.
  • Excellent analytical, report-writing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and performance information systems, with a valid driver’s licence.
