What You’ll Do
- Facilitate the development and implementation of policy and regulatory frameworks for monitoring and reporting.
- Analyze and prepare reports on the performance of municipalities.
- Coordinate national and provincial structures for monitoring and reporting.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring and reporting databases.
What You’ll Need
- A 3-Year National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, Development Studies, or an equivalent qualification at NQF level 6/7 as recognized by SAQA.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages, including MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams, MS Excel, and Outlook.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Strong competencies in planning, organizing, coordination, problem-solving, project management, and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of monitoring, reporting, evaluation, strategic planning, and research methodologies.
