What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and monitor the implementation of human resources management policies across KwaZulu Natal.
- Advise on and oversee the adherence to Employment Relations policies and guidelines.
- Manage and facilitate the implementation of Employment Equity programmes.
- Oversee the administration of service benefits to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Manage human, financial, and equipment resources within the division to optimize performance.
What You’ll Need
- An undergraduate qualification in Human Resources Management, Public Management, or Employee Relations at NQF level 6 as recognized by SAQA.
- A minimum of four years of experience in a human resources management and employee relations environment, including two years at a senior practitioner level.
- A valid driver’s license is advantageous.
- Knowledge of public service transformation, human resource systems, and the Public Service Act.
- Strong communication, computer literacy, and problem-solving skills.
