What You’ll Do
- Implement and monitor adherence to HR prescripts and resolutions.
- Keep employees informed about updates in human resource practices.
- Oversee the processing of service terminations and pension claims.
- Maintain a comprehensive database for pension-related cases and follow up on claims.
- Conduct workshops on service benefits, performance management, and leave audits.
- Ensure compliance with policies regarding leave applications and employee benefits.
- Facilitate recruitment processes and ensure timely filling of vacancies.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and disciplinary matters.
- Compile performance statistics and prepare documentation for performance rewards.
- Coordinate training and development activities for employees.
What You’ll Need
- A Grade 12 Certificate.
- A National Diploma in Human Resources Management, Labour Relations, or a related field (NQF Level 6).
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory management role within human resource management.
- PERSAL Personnel Certificate and Leave Administration Certificate are essential.
- Valid driver’s licence.
- Strong understanding of relevant HR legislation and public service regulations.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
