What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and implement the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and Fraud Prevention Plan.
  • Develop and maintain internal anti-corruption systems and update relevant databases.
  • Conduct investigations into reported cases of fraud and monitor disciplinary processes.
  • Prepare and present progress reports on fraud cases to various committees.
  • Facilitate the promotion of the financial disclosure framework within the department.
  • Conduct impact reviews on fraud and corruption with relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide secretarial services to the Ethics Committee and ensure effective communication.
  • Conduct awareness training for employees on fraud prevention and integrity management.

What You’ll Need

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (NQF level 06/07) in Risk Management, Auditing, Human Resource Management, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ supervisory experience in an Ethics and Integrity Management environment.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Strong knowledge of public service policies, regulations, and best practices related to ethics and integrity.
  • Skills in project management, communication, conflict management, and problem-solving.
  • A Certificate in Criminal Justice and Forensic Investigations will be an added advantage.
