What You’ll Do
- Provide spiritual counseling and emotional support to departmental personnel during challenging times.
- Facilitate diversity programs to promote inclusivity and understanding within the workplace.
- Coordinate departmental employee interaction events to foster community and connection.
- Develop and maintain strategies for employee acknowledgment, celebrating achievements and milestones.
- Serve as a liaison between the department and local churches, enhancing community relationships.
- Promote organizational wellness through various programs and initiatives.
What You’ll Need
- Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent, plus a Diploma or Degree (NQF 6/7) in Theology.
- Three to five years of relevant experience, with at least two years at a supervisory level (7/8).
- A valid driver’s license and a strong understanding of the Integrated Employee Health and Wellness Strategic Framework of 2008.
- Practical application of Biblical knowledge and pastoral counseling skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and project coordination abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven report writing capabilities.
- Good computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office, and the ability to maintain positive interpersonal relationships.

Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) certificate or equivalent plus appropriate Diploma/Degree (NQF 6/7) in Theology.Three (3) to five (5) years relevant experience of which two (02) years must be at Supervisory (7/8) level.

Knowledge: Practical application of Biblical knowledge and pastoral counselling, diversity management, leadership, planning and coordination of projects, understanding of ACTS, Policies, Regulations, Batho Pele principles and other related prescripts.

Skills: Computer literacy (Microsoft office) Proven management ability and attribute of dynamic leadership skills.
The ability to maintain positive interpersonal relations and work as part of a team as well as individually.
Analytical skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Problem solving abilities.
Proven skills in respect of report writing.
Strong liaison and negotiation skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
