What You’ll Do

  • Develop and maintain business processes and procedures based on stakeholder feedback and best practices.
  • Review and suggest enhancements to existing policies and operational practices.
  • Align “how-to” guides and maintain e-learning platforms for staff training.
  • Assist in process mapping and compile progress reports for management.
  • Engage with stakeholders to facilitate workshops and awareness sessions.
  • Conduct training on business processes and related tools for relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify gaps and inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvement actions.
  • Compile compliance reports and monitor adherence to policies and governance standards.

What You’ll Need

  • A minimum of a Grade 12 certificate and a National Diploma (NQF level 6) or Bachelor’s degree (NQF level 7) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Business Analysis, Information Management, or Computer Science.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business process mapping and analysis environment.
  • Knowledge of modelling applications and scenario testing techniques is essential.
  • Certification in business process mapping or re-engineering is an added advantage.
